Reservations & Tickets For Shows, Attractions and Activities
Your vacation enjoyment is our primary concern during your stay at Indian Point Resorts on Table Rock Lake by Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri. Our Guest Services staff is available to help you with reservations and tickets for Branson shows and attractions as well as to provide information and make arrangements for other activities such as boat rentals, golf, lake cruises, horseback riding, parasailing, scuba diving, shopping, dining and more. We also have special offers available from time to time that give you great values and extra fun.
By making arrangements for vacation activities in advance you'll get better availability and seating. Plus, everything will be here for you at the resort office when you arrive so you can start having fun right away.
Bed linens, bath towels, bath and hand soap, toilet tissue, trash can liners, kitchen cookware, dishes and utensils, kitchen towels and dish soap are provided. Towels are exchanged at guest units each day. Daily maid service is not provided for stays of 7 days or less. A mid-stay cleaning is provided for stays over 7 days. Bed linens are exchanged upon request.
Maid service is available upon request for an additional charge.
NON-SMOKING AREAS - Please note that all Guest Rooms and
Shared Public Spaces such as the Pool / Hot Tub Areas, Pool
Bathrooms, Playgrounds, Gameroom and Offices at Indian Point
Resorts are NON-SMOKING areas. Smoking is permitted only
in outdoor areas.

Room Reservation Policies
A minimum deposit of 2 nights rent is required for all reservations.
Additional deposits are required on reservations for packages, shows and attractions tickets, pontoon boats, ski-bass boats and bass boats.
The standard cancellation deadline for reservations is 21 days prior to arrival date. (28 days for 3 and 4 bedroom units at Indian Point Lodge)
For reservations made between 21 days and 7 days prior to arrival date the cancellation deadline is by 9:00pm CST if the reservations were made before 5:00pm CST or by 11:00am CST the next day if the reservations were made after 5:00pm CST.
For reservations made later that 7 days prior to arrival date the cancellation deadline is upon completion of the reservation.
Payment of Balance
Payment of the balance on reservations is due upon arrival for the dates and accommodations reserved. Payments may be made with cash, travelers checks, money order or credit card (Matercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Diners or Carte Blanche).
Personal checks on U.S. bank accounts for amounts over $150 are accepted for payments of balance due.
Our cancellation policy is intended to be fair with our guests and yet prevent loss of income to our business. Since our location is such that we do not have a large volume of traffic past our office, we depend almost entirely on advance reservations. Also, since our business is seasonal with high occupancies during the prime seasons, each nights room rent is critical. Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove that unit from availability, refusing all other requests for it.
If a guest cancels a reservation prior to the cancellation deadline, we will refund the deposit less a 10% cancellation fee.
The refund will be made in the same manner that the deposit
was paid and processed 10 business days (approximately 2
weeks) after the reservation is cancelled in order to allow
time for all funds to have cleared.
If a guest cancels a reservation after the cancellation deadline, the deposit will be
held for a future reservation or the deposit may be refunded only if we can re-rent
the reservation completely with another party, less a
10% cancellation fee. Any refund for cancellations after
the deadline will be made in the same manner that the
deposit was paid and processed 10 business days
(approximately 2 weeks) after the departure date of the
cancelled reservation in order to allow time for all funds
to have cleared. There will be no refunds for early departures
or no shows.
Cancellations of reservations and deposit refunds for shows and attractions are subject to the policies of the respective venues.

Boat Reservation Policies
Deposit Amount & Payment of Balance
A 50% deposit of the total rental charged to a credit card is required on advance reservations for bass boats, ski & bass boats and pontoon boats. The balance of the total rental is due upon arrival.
For in-house guests the total rental must be paid in full when reserved. A credit card imprint is required as a damage deposit at the time of the rental.
The deposit and balance paid on boat rentals will be refunded only for severe weather, mechanical failure or if the cancelled reservation is filled completely with another guest.
