- Lock-Off Feature
– Each of our new condos has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens,
two balconies, even two whirlpools and two fireplaces. Together with two
entry doors and lock-off doors, each condo can be used as a two-bedroom unit
or separated to be used as a studio unit and a one-bedroom unit at the same
time. This lock-off feature helps to maximize rental income by making it
possible to configure the unit to satisfy visitor requests for different unit
sizes that varies by the season. You can even stay in part of your condo
while still renting or exchanging the other side!
- Extra Soundproofing
– Indian Point Resort Condos are specially designed with two sets of trusses
on each level that separate the ceilings of each level from the floors of the
level above. Plus, there’s insulation between the trusses and 1 ˝” thick
lightweight concrete floors. There are insulated double party walls between
units and also between the lock-off portions of each unit, plus double
solid-core lock-off doors.
- Gas Fireplaces and
Whirlpool Tubs – Each unit has two gas fireplaces and two whirlpool
tubs; one of each in the main living room and in the master bedroom / lock-off
studio. Fireplaces and whirlpools make these units especially desirable
during the Ozark Mountain Christmas season in November – December and the Hot
Winter Fun season in January – March, increasing rental revenues during the
slower tourism seasons.
- Completely Furnished
– Indian Point Resort Condos are sold completely furnished, ready to use and
rent. Furnishings, including kitchenware and décor, are selected for
functionality and durability, AAA, RCI and other lodging standards, as well as
attractiveness.
- Extra Spacious –
Our new condos are over 1,400 square feet plus balconies. Furnishings include
a king bed and a sofa-bed in the master bedroom / lock-off studio, two queen
beds in the second bedroom, plus a double wall-bed and queen sofa-bed in the
living room. This sleeping arrangement allows maximum occupancy of 12 persons
as a two-bedroom, or 4 persons as a studio plus 8 persons as a one-bedroom.
- Lakeview Balconies
– Each unit also has two private covered balconies with gorgeous lake views
featuring concrete floors, electric barbecue grills and patio furniture.
