Fall Fishing
During the warm days of early September summer fishing patterns continue to work well for bass and bluegill. Also, good top-water action can be had
during the cooler early morning and late evening hours. From mid-September through November the water temperature slowly goes down with autumn's increasingly mild days and cool evenings. Bass gradually return to the shallower shoreline areas and actively hit spinnerbaits, jig & pig, plastic worms and grubs. Some bass stay deep (25 to 40 feet) and are caught on night crawlers, spoons and tube jigs. Chances are good for a trophy bass in late-October and November. In addition to great catches and superb weather, fall fishing on Table Rock lake offers a unique vantage point for viewing the spectacular autumn colors of the Ozark's rich foliage.
